Thank you for visiting and shopping at rewatch. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days (Calculated at checkout)

• Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (Available at additional cost)

• California Local Delivery: 1-3 business days (For most CA addresses)

• Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the contiguous United States.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

• Sales Tax: As a California-based company, we are required by law to collect applicable sales tax on all orders shipped to California addresses.

• International Orders: Derma Pacific is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

rewatch is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

• Our Support: However, your satisfaction is our priority. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and contact our customer support at info@rewatchskin.com within 48 hours of delivery, and we will assist you in the process.

rewatch ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. However, delivery times to these locations may be longer than standard estimates.
