RETURN WINDOW

At rewatch, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your rewatch by Derma Pacific purchase, we are here to help.

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To maintain hygiene and safety standards, the following conditions apply:

  • Unopened & Original Packaging: Only products that are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging are eligible for a return and refund.

  • Proof of Purchase: You must have the receipt or proof of purchase from our official website.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Opened or used cosmetic products, gift cards, and items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.

REFUND PROCESS

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

  • The credit will appear in your account within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies (usually 5-10 business days).

SHIPPING COSTS

  • Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Defective or Wrong Items: If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. In these cases, we will provide a pre-paid return label and cover all shipping costs.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@rewatchskin.com
